Welcome to Modeltrainscenes, a social media platform dedicated to model train enthusiasts. By creating an account and using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Modeltrainscenes is operated by a single individual based in the Netherlands. While I strive to provide a safe and enjoyable platform, please understand that I cannot guarantee perfection in all areas. This agreement is designed to clarify your rights and responsibilities while limiting my liability as the sole operator of this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
